Meet Your Dental Team

To support the welcoming atmosphere of our cosmetic dentistry practice, Dr. Santone and Dr. Dietz have surrounded themselves with a highly skilled and gentle dental team. Our team is comprised of registered dental hygienists, experienced Registered Dental Assistants, a professional and courteous Office Manager, and an additional front office assistant. To further ease and protect our patients’ overall experience with our cosmetic dentistry practice, we use an advanced dental software system to keep thorough and accurate patient records. With the Dentrix dental software, our office is able to offer holistic dentistry and we consider ourselves a green dental office, striving for a paperless environment, while already employing various green technologies, such as LED curing lights.

Each member of our caring team brings a wealth of dedication and expertise in treating each and every one of our patients. We all enjoy our professional working relationship and have mutual respect toward each other. We look forward to attending the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Annual Symposium as well as continuing educational seminars throughout the year.

Kori ~ Office Manager

Kori, our office manager, she’s been working in the dental field since 2008. She is very excited to be a part of our team, joining in December of 2014. She is a Southern California native, growing up in a small beach town in Los Angeles County. She moved to San Diego in 2005 to attend to attend SDSU, where she obtained her Bachelors Degree. She then went to USD to study in their paralegal program and completed the program with honors. She loved the San Diego area so much she decided to make it her permanent home, moving to North County in 2009.

Irma ~ RDA (Registered Dental Assistant)

Irma joined our team in 2014. She started her career in the dental field as an RDA in Northern CA, and has worked in all aspects of dentistry for over 30 years. She enjoys traveling, reading, gardening and most of all enjoys playing surrogate grandmother to her grand nephew and grand niece.

Karen ~ RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist)

Karen, Registered Dental Hygienist, graduated from USC School of Dentistry and has over 25 years of experience in both general and periodontal practice. She became a regular employee in 2009 after many years of filling in for vacation or sick days at the office. A married mother of four sons, she enjoys cycling in her spare time.

Monica ~ RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist)

Monica graduated from Southwestern College’s hygiene program in 2010 and joined Encinitas Cosmetic Dentistry in 2014. She has two children: Kylie and Logan, who keep her on her toes when she’s not working!

Hygiene is her passion and she takes pride in changing patients’ preconceived notions about dental visits and enjoys turning their fears into positive experiences. What she loves most about Encinitas Cosmetic Dentistry is all the smiling faces and comfortable family atmosphere. The relationships she builds with her patients help provide them with the best dental experience possible.
